All about Navidium Shipping & Handling | Filing a Claim for lost/damaged items

Navidium shipping protection provides peace of mind by covering issues that might occur during shipping.

1. Damaged Items
If your acrylic sheets arrive damaged beyond what’s reasonable (refer to our shop policies for details):

  • We’ll replace your items within one business day of confirming the damage.
  • To process your claim, we require the following photos:
    • Inside of the box with packing materials visible.
    • Outside of the box showing any damage.
    • Clear images of the damaged materials themselves.

2. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost or hasn’t been delivered, we adhere to the timelines set by the shipping carrier. Once the required waiting period has passed, we'll send an affidavit over to verify and once that has been taken care of, we’ll replace or refund within one business day

3. Stolen Packages
In the unfortunate event of theft, Navidium requires a police report to process your claim. This ensures we can appropriately document and address the situation. Once the police report is available, we'll send an affidavit over to verify and once that has been taken care of, we’ll replace or refund within one business day.


What Navidium Does Not Cover

While Navidium protects your shipment during transit, there are limitations to the coverage:

  • Improper Handling Post-Delivery: Once the package is safely delivered, any damage caused afterward is not covered.
  • Claims Without Documentation: Unfortunately, we cannot process claims without the required photos or documentation mentioned above.
  • Damages deemed acceptable within our shop policies: Our Acrylic, unless otherwise noted, is meant to be a raw material and as such you can expect minor contusions on the edges and corners that may not be covered as damage.

  1. Gather all necessary photos and documentation.
