WE SHIP FROM OUR RALEIGH, NC WAREHOUSE
We ship worldwide! Everything is done on our website, so you can create a cart with your items and at checkout you'll see your shipping & taxes based on your items and location!
Our shipping should include taxes & duties already so this is an all inclusive price!

WE PRINT SHIPPING LABELS AT THE TIME THE BOX IS PACKED, AND IT'S SHIPPED OUT THE SAME DAY. NO TRACKING IS USUALLY A SYMPTOM OF SHIPPING USPS AND IS NOT SOMETHING WE CAN CONTROL. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO UTILIZE UPS FOR ANY TIME SENSITIVE SHIPMENTS.
Cancellations: Orders not yet shipped can be canceled with a 5% cancellation fee.
Returns: Correctly shipped items can be returned within 15 days of delivery with a 15% restocking fee. If the return lowers the original order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
Return Shipping: We do not provide return shipping labels.

Processing Times
- Most orders are processed same day or within 24 hours.
- Made-to-order prints and blanks may take up to 5 business days (but usually process in closer to 1-3)
- Sales events, like Black Friday/Cyber Monday, may result in longer processing times due to high volume.

OUR ACRYLIC COMES WITH A PAPER OR PLASTIC MASKING (UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED).
HOW CAN YOU TELL THE DIFFERENCE? IF YOU SEE THE OPTION TO UPGRADE TO PAPER MASKING, THE PRODUCT IS PLASTIC MASKED. OTHERWISE, THE PRODUCT COMES PAPER MASKED AS A DEFAULT.
PLASTIC MASKING IS MORE COMMON ON SPECIALTY ACRYLICS LIKE GLITTERS AND PEARLS. WE PREFER TO LEAVE IT THIS WAY FOR MAKERS WHO HAVE SPECIFIC CUTS IN MIND.
ORABOND IS A DOUBLE SIDED ADHESIVE- SIMILAR TO 3M 467MP. IT IS LASER SAFE AND OFFERS A STRONG HOLD AND HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE! PERFECT FOR LAYERING EARRINGS OR SIGN MAKERS WHO AREN'T READY TO INVEST IN LARGER ROLLS OF THE MATERIAL.
