Shipping policy

At CMB Acrylic, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please take a moment to review our shipping & processing policy to understand our process and timelines.

1) Processing Time: We strive to ship all stock sheet orders within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the date of purchase. Made To Order Patterns & Blanks may incur an additional 1-7 days processing. Orders placed during a sale may (but not always) incur additional processing that will fluctuate due to sales volume. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will start processing it immediately.  Please note that Fed-Ex 2 day orders must be placed by noon for guaranteed same day shipping.

2) Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all 12" X 18" and smaller stocked sheets when you spend $65 (this does not include our cut in half option to reduce sheet size), or Sitewide when you spend $125 (US only). These totals are after any discounts have been applied! Free Shipping is via the carrier of our choice. While we strive to use UPS for all of our Free Shipping orders, on occasion the we may use USPS due to significant cost differences (particularly for non-contiguous states & territories). In addition, in some instances, we reserve the right to palletize and delay shipment of larger and heavier sheet size orders.

3) Shipping Carriers: We offer a variety of shipping options to provide flexibility and convenience to our customers. During the checkout process, you can select the shipping carrier and service that best suits your needs. Please note that we do not have control over the shipping carriers, and delivery times are subject to their respective terms and conditions. We strongly encourage you to select UPS if your order is time sensitive.

4) Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout, giving you full transparency before completing your purchase.

5) Shipping Times: The estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and service chosen. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, some factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen delays, may affect delivery times. In addition, the delivery estimates shown at checkout are simply estimates the carriers provide. Unless you select UPS Next Day Air, the estimates are in no way meant to be a guarantee.

6) Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment and stay informed about its expected delivery date.

7) Order Modifications: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can head to your Order Status Page (linked in your confirmation email) to request any edits or changes. If you find you are unable to edit as you'd like please email us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once the order is shipped, modifications may not be possible and CMB will not be held responsible. 

8) Undeliverable Packages: In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other issues, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-delivery or package return.  If the customer chooses not to have the package re-shipped, there is a 15% restocking fee or cost of initial shipping fee if the original order was part of our free shipping promos, whichever is higher.

9) Lost or Damaged Packages: Please reach out to us immediately if you receive damaged or believe you have a lost package. We are NOT responsible for stolen packages, but otherwise will help facilitate claims with shipping carriers on your behalf. Unfortunately we are unable to overnight any missing/damaged/lost replacement packages. Please make sure you are building in enough time for your orders. If you add Navidium and your order is damaged en route, we will replace your order. We will re-ship within 1 business day with regular shipping. Buyer can choose to upgrade to expedited shipping at their own cost.

10) Incorrect Shipments: If we make a mistake or an item arrives to you with a manufacturer’s defect, we will send a return label and refund once the item is received back. We are unable to offer exchanges or expedite replacement shipments. 

11) Shipping Insurance: We offer in house shipping insurance through Navidium as an add on at checkout. This insurance allows us to bypass the long wait times that usually occur with shipping carrier claims and process damaged orders within about 1-2 weeks time. We highly recommend utilizing it!

12) Inventory Notice: While we do our best to keep stock levels spot-on, sometimes discrepancies pop up. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we’ll reach out right away with options. If we don’t hear back from you within 48 hours, we’ll go ahead and ship the rest of your order and promptly refund you for the missing item—no hassle, no extra steps!
